Vision of resoration!

I went forward last night for prayer for healing. Later, we were praying in general and also for other people and I had a vision. I don't have a lot of them, but when I do, they're profound, and I can't get them out of my head until I do something with them. I did tell the Pastor, but I don't know who this is for. By then church had been dismissed. Maybe it was just for me, but somehow, I have the feeling that it's for someone else too. Maybe even more than one person, so I'm going to blog about it, too.

Thank you, God, for showing this to me. It speaks volumes. As I have promised, I will share what you reveal to me as I continue to pray for the Holy Spirit to show me what gifts are bestowed on me. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

It was pretty simple. At first, the vision showed a green, distressed, uneven, messy, dirty woven square, much like an old abused knitted dishrag or potholder, but worse. It even had debris and some sort of dead weeds poking out of it in a lot of places.  The photo examples I have modified seem to be lacking in my opinion, but they are the best examples I’m able to offer.

In a flash, the same item was shown to me, LIKE NEW and absolutely PERFECT:




What came to me was how God takes something that’s a part of US, whether it be damage to our health, our body, our marriage or relationships, our spirit, relationship WITH GOD, or anything else in our lives! He cleans it up, picks out the weeds, fixes all the damage, and makes it like new. He makes US like new! So that ratty green-looking thing that I have the vision of could have just been a tattered soul.

Behold, he makes all things new!

3 And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 
4 ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
5 He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.”

Maybe it was about restoring what has been taken from us!

Maybe it was something about how we are transformed in Heaven!

Philippians 3:20–21 English Standard Version

20 But our citizenship is in Heaven, and from it, we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, 
21 who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body,  by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself.

There are many scenarios and possibilities that the vision could fit!

I hope this touches someone who needed to hear the explanation so it made more sense to them.

Lord, I pray for healing and restoration of my mind, soul, spirit, body, and for any relationships that need to be mended! And as always, I THANK YOU!

Open & closed doors, free will and trust

Today I was chatting with my sister about open and closed doors. I believe that we constantly have doors in front of us and it's like we're in a long hallway.  Those doors represent choices that we can make (or not make) based on the options offered behind them. What I hope to accomplish...

I decided to try to start faithfully blogging. There's no guarantee that I'll stick with it, but in my heart, I hope I do. I've tried stuff like this before and never formed the habit. I'm easily distracted, and totally unmotivated. Those two things are a recipe for disaster, lol.  What I really need to do is write a book. But that means that I would need to find someone who would follow me around and ask me questions about my life because the things that randomly pop in my head are all out of order and all messed up. I doubt that's going to happen, so I guess this is the next best thing. I will write about my life, but my reasoning isn't to draw attention to myself. Onward to the juice fast!

Yesterday I decided to go ahead and fall into a juice fast since I got paid.  I purchased all organic fruit and all organic vegetables. My grocery bill was higher than it usually is on getting enough food to hopefully make it through 2 weeks. My rationalization is, this is for my health, and how do we put a price on that?  Right now, I desperately need to be saving money for my future and retirement because it's going to be rough, but I have to trust God to provide for me as needed. My health is much more important and I could die tomorrow, who knows? If I do, then yay! I'm ready! Juicing is interesting. I hate to waste anything, so the juice that I make creates the pulp that grinds out of the juicer. With vegetable pulp, I make a vegetable broth and I do end up having to throw out all the pulp that was in the broth, but that broth is what I use in the evening that I heat up.
